１９６２年にアメリカ、ユタ州のソルトレイクシティに生まれ、シアトルのワシントン大学で地図の作成法を専攻しました。　お子さんが学齢期に達したころから彼女の人生にアートが再び戻って来ました。油彩画、水彩画、そして、パステル画にも挑戦しています。ゲージ美術アカデミーの上級絵画クラスで更にモデル画や静物画の修行を積み、様々なアーティストに師事して腕に磨きをかけました。自然の光を取り込み、うっとりするような美しい世界を創造しています。
